Re-orientation Training Programme (RoTP)

 The Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India has sanctioned (vide F.No.47-3 / RoTP/2007-08/53 dated 17.3.2008) an RoTP at National Institute of Siddha. Dr.R.S.Ramaswamy, Associate Professor and HOD of Sirappu Marthuvam and Dr.P.Selva Shanmugam, Medical Officer organised the RoTP under the guidance of Director, NIS.

Objectives of RoTP:

1)     To upgrade the teaching quality and practice of siddha medicine  

2)     To develop and implement innovative initiatives

The ROTP was  held at National Institute of Siddha, Chennai during 24-28th March 2008 with participation from various Siddha Medical colleges.
